The Co-East Partnership brings together the resources of libraries in the East of England in a discovery to delivery (D2D) network. Through acquisition and provision of innovative electronic solutions, Co-East partners seek to modernise regional library services to enable citizens to participate fully in society. Co-East partners include all ten public library authorities in the East of England: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Luton, Norfolk, Peterborough, Southend, Suffolk, Thurrock.
Angles: (Anglian Librarians Information
Exchange Scheme)
Angles is an organisation consisting of a number of library and information
services throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. Its aims are to promote co-operation
between members and to improve access to information. A member of
ANGLES is someone who is employed by the information service of one of
the following:

Acer (Association of Colleges in the Easter Region)
ACER Exists to support member colleges in the Eastern Region and all Learning and Skills providers in and outside the region. ACER sponsors a Learning Resource Managers Forum.
The Hertfordshire Libraries Agreement
The original partners in the Hertfordshire Libraries agreement are Hertfordshire Public Libraries, University of Hertfordshire, North Hertfordshire College, West Hertfordshire College, Oaklands College, Hertford Regional College.
