Amongst them there are already co-operative work and, following a ‘Pathways to Learning’ Conference in November 2006,  COLICO, (Committee on Library Co-operation in Ireland) is now investigating the establishment of two new library access initiatives in Ireland, inspired by the work of the FOYLE group and Inspire in England. These will be firstly, a regional scheme for which preparations are well underway and secondly a scheme based around access to music resources. 1. The National Library of Ireland 2.
